You specify time slots (e.g. 15 min.) in a time range (e.g. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and the duration of breaks, Campus Talks creates the slots and displays them so that prospective students can book them themselves. Booked appointments are hidden. Of course, each appointment is only allocated once.

Participants simply select the date that suits them from the available dates. The appointment confirmation, reminders, cancellations, postponements etc. are automatically sent by Campus Talks by e-mail.

Campus Talks can also send documents as attachments with the appointment confirmation - forms, medical history forms, information sheets, data sheets. 

Campus Talks is 100% GDPR-compliant, made in Germany and hosted as SaaS in German data centres.

Campus Talks can be connected to LDAP, Active Directory or Shibboleth for single sign-on. You can set up access restrictions, e.g. for employees only.
