Frequently asked questions about Campus Time
Yes, thanks to the connection to LDAP/Active Directory, you can log in to Campus Times with the same password that you use everywhere else.
Campus Time can be linked to HIS-SVA, for example. The contract data is then automatically transferred to the time recording system. As there are many different systems that can send data to Campus Time, please contact us and we will discuss the details.
A server is required for Campus Time. We are happy to take care of hosting, operation, maintenance and updates as Software-as-a-Service. Our servers are located exclusively in Germany. If you wish, an in-house installation (on premises) on your own servers is also possible. In this case, you take care of the maintenance, operation and updates of the servers and we take care of the Campus Times software.

We started recording working times over 10 years ago and eventually developed a time recording system for ourselves. Why? On the one hand, as a software manufacturer, it makes sense to develop software that is optimized for our own needs. But the much more important reason is that recording working hours is fair for both employees and the company. It's important to me to make my company a place where I enjoy working - which I do. It's rare, but I can rely on my team when there's a heavy workload. Because any overtime is documented in Campus Time and then reduced again. This ensures a healthy work-life balance. It is also important for me to allocate time to projects and support services in order to document them in a comprehensible way for our customers.
